coolbits, ntuner, nvhardpage, & atitool could not
change the GPU core & memory settings on x64
RivaTuner finally gave us something:

with 2 box inlet fans and one exit fan the
innards of my rig are pretty cool. hottest
AUX sensor never goes past 52 and the
stock CPU sits "cool&quite" at 19. didn't
see artifacts on higher GPU clocks, but
the mouse and windows started moving
slower as the GPU temp got over 62. the
3D view from atitool was a great help,
even if the actual overclocking functions
were dead.
